The program allows the acquisition of a new home with less down payment. Annually, around 20 infill homes are built throughout Council Bluffs. The program is operated by the NeighborWorks Home Solutions with assistance from the Department of Community Development.
Interested applicants should apply directly to NeighborWorks Home Solutions.

Hi I'm in desperate need of help in finding a home for myself and my two kids. Going through a divorce and need a good/safe place live.
I'm currently laid off temporarily due to COVID-19. My other half is working, but his check doesn't cover everything plus rent. I'm still waiting to receive my unemployment.

So I was short on rent by a hundred dollars an eviction was was filed in court this week.they telling me I have to pay what I owe in the $450 to drop the eviction I started a new job so things are a little behind I have to have all this done by 7/28/20 but I dont get paid till a few days after that
