John F. Long Family Services provides a broad range of assistance with urgent needs including utility, eviction prevention and/or move-in cost assistance. Caseworkers also provide employment, budgeting, social and life-skills development counseling assistance through case management services at the family and senior services centers.
Phone calls are accepted beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Mondays only.Households with a member age 60 or over may contact the Senior Services Intake line at 602-262-6631 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Yes but it will depend on the amount of money you receive from unemployment as well as any other income and savings you have as well.

I have been calling every monday for 2 months, starting at 7:59 am. As SOON as your phone lines are open, they are busy and I get message saying your all full for the week by 8:30, busy signal the whole 30 mins I'm calling. This is so disconcerting and unacceptable. I have an eviction notice and I applied over 2 months ago, I would be homeless if not for the moratorium on rent.
This service is not to help you with a cable bill. You better get an antenna and watch regular TV And as far as help buying a used car because your wife is sick? Come on hospitals and ACCCHS provide free transportation. There are people who really need help and y'all tryna get help that is not needed. SMH

I have an appointment scheduled for Friday, but can't access the questionnaire, because the system is not letting me in. I've called for the past two days, holding for 2 hours each time. The first time, I was the ninth caller, so I understand the wait, but today I was the third caller, missed my doctor's appointment, which was a video call. You don't have a technical support team? Why would instruct someone to sign into a system that they have no access too.
